|Change, change, change and on top of those rush^3. Every day a little more. We all know that, been there, lived that. That thinking has a history. Roots in the industrial revolution, world of machinery. Which is totally wrong for todays world and work of information and knowledge. That thinking is like focusing on the wings of a plane. But there is something much more important, than the wings. And that’s invisible. The air. No air, no plane flying. We just tend to forget that in the hectic everyday life.
|In management and leadership, like in flying, the good news is that the core element is there. The one that keeps us up. We just need to ba able to feel and live that core element. When we reach this core, we make our selves invisible, not-needed. And then we become crucial, because the “plains” cannot fly without this core. When You reach the core, all the plains, all your people, can fly safely and produce. We can go towards that core by cleaning away distraction, everyday busy works. We need to make our selves invisble, not needed.
|Yes, most of us cannot quit all the everyday work, routines we do. And those tend tto fill our days more than enough. The good news is, that we actually can have some of both. The hard thing is to choose the right part. Our brain works on automated system for about 98% of the time. So we need to work on that. As we fix the system and have proper automation in place, we can reach almost anything!
|Being not-needed gives space for the truly necessary. Things that are important not just in 10 second, but in 10 months and 10 years! Necessities that produce results. Results that allow development, innovativeness and finding new great people to Your team. Stop worrying about yesterday, there is no way You can change that. Built the future, start tomorrow, or actually start right a way. Make the decision, draw a daily plan and execute. What would it mean for You, if You could free 2 hours a day from the routine tasks?|
