|We live our lives in comfor zone. Successful people break the bars of the comfort zone cage. If you have been A) having a nice job in a corporation or B) running a nice steady business for a longer time, you may need to put some effort to break free. To do that, you need look inside. Building self awareness is the starting point. That means facing the pain of accepting that the change you need for success, starts from within.
|Understanding how you mind works, emotional intelligence, is the key. When you truly see and accept what you are like (ie. I “die” if I don’t get new stimulating option often enough). When you get better understanding of your self, you start to see where to start with the change. The bright side of that is, that there is both personal and business rewards coming to you.|
|It is much easier to keep the blinds on, carry on “business as usual”. This is living in the mental history cage. Yes, looking inside is about seeing what the outcome of some old beliefs and behaviours have been. Seeing the points where the decision / action has not been based on the strengths of you, but fears of something. The question you need to ask yourself is “do I really want something better, or to keep the pain related to the shrinking past?”
|Past has a lesson to learn to us. But it does not determine the future. You are the master of your future. Working with your emotional intelligence, your ability to make decision, your motivation, your adaptability, your conscientiousness etc, you can remove the cage. And once you master that process, you can make sure, that there will not be more cages around you. This is the first piece in your successful mind development.|
|Nothing happens, if you don’t take initiative. But like with a plant, which gets no water, there is just slow evaporation of your success.
|We actually don’t know how unique we are. As human being, our ability to understand the differences there are, is limited. We might have very unique emotional intelligence features but without assessments we only have a vague understanding of the situation. To boost your performance, you need to be crystal clear of who and what you are.
|Expand you comfort zone, and you grow your success.|
